The Ashes 2010-11

might be out of luck with Warney, apparently he's just flown into the UK to have his hair done !
And his teeth whitened.
And his face lifted.
And his eyebrow plucked.
And his tan redone.

Don't worry, in Australia we all think he is a cricketing God, outside of that, he is a bogan (his family have a bit of a white trash reputation in Melbourne).... and a bit of a joke here too :scared:

Spot On Kazza....Legendary cricketer, bit of a wanker otherwise!

Young WA spinner Michael Beer has been selected in the 3rd test side  , didnt see that coming at all..... I dont think they will play him but with a bit of local knowledge you just never know :don'tknow:....

HMMMM....Another sacrificial lamb!!! My tip for the day...Warne is going to announce his return to Test Cricket tomorrow! :D:D:D

But not for the Perth Test! But for the one after! :D

To many player changes for you your team dynamic, its is way out of kilter now.

Warney is to busy splitting up Liz Hurleys marriage to worry about the test.

I reckon Perth is a melting pot for us poms. We need to play like the Aussies to win.
Sod off Bothan who suggests today that we should play for a draw.

If we adopt that strategy your team will really do a job on us. We can't give you impotence ridden, green baggie wearing blokes an inch.

Nelly:thumbup:

I think Liz is just as much to blame as the worthless Warnie (worshipped as a cricketing God but disliked by everyone else....)

As for Perth, I will be lining up at the members stand at 6am tomorrow morning (). Weather will be 32'C - perfect.

I'll give you updates via my phone, if it goes well ;)

Bring on the WACA :D:D:D
:aus::aus::aus:

Agreed Nelly, NEVER go for a draw - play to win

Lets hope it's a genuine WACA pitch. This is Australia after all. Pitch should be hard as a road & have cracks like the Grand Canyon by day 4.

Never mind Warnie. Bring back Thommo & watch em duck for cover

The line at the members is over 1km long - we're about 400m from the front. Got here at 6.15. Wish Mike hadn't have hit snooze this morning :(

Its all good Kaz , your there & im jealous :D

We have this one in the bag NO WORRIES  Im feeling super confident & ready to bowl a few 'offies' if needed skipper ;)...

Nelly , let Botham crap on all he wants  Sounds to me like he never wanted your lot to win the series anyway

If it is a genuine WACA wicket , surely they could have enticed a fit & firing Brett Lee to pull on the baggy green one more time

Hmmmmm....6 for 178 just before Tea! Haddin & Johnson have got lots of work to do after tea!

Johnson looks like a different person today! The guy is a freak! One day he cant hold a bat, or bowl a ball, the next day he looks like he has it all under perfect control!

His batting form today bodes well for a decent effort with the ball as well...this bloke is either all on, or all off! there aint no grey area is there???

C'mon Aussie!

I can't believe that Bret isn't playing if he is fit? Not bad for a knock either.
Whats going on with your selectors?

Mitchell did good today, and he looked soooo good :drool::drool:

As for the selectors, we need new ones. Then we need to get rid of some of the players and start using the players we have in our domestic series - we have some great players who just can't get a start

BTW, it was a great day today - got a bit humid, but I think around 33'C so not too bad. Crowd was great. Barmy Army was entertaining, and even the poms around us were good for a laugh :D

Whats the wicket like? I haven't seen any highlights yet. We are one day behind on the TV.

Nelly
Wicket was pretty good. Bit of grass coming through it. They did need to patch a few little cracks with sawdust.

The cracks will get bigger by Monday, if it goes that long.......

We'd better bloody fire early in the morning or the flamin' Cook could end up averaging about 1000 for he series :spank: :spank:

As for the selectors :shakehead: I could do a better job throwing darts with my eyes closed
