I can get a crazy deal on a Leo Vince exhaust for an 07 fz6. Problem is I have an 06. Is there any significant difference?

Nope. Everything I've read/heard is that the exhaust is interchangeable for all years.

I've seen info to the effect that the Cat pipe section changes with the '07 model year..... if this is purely a slip on after the cat, you don't have anything to worry about.
