Back on my FZ6, new here!

Hello all,

I'm new here, obviously, and I'm not on any other motorcycling forum. My 2007 Candy Red FZ-6 just came out of storage, with still only 1500 miles on her. Now she's registered, has fresh fluids, and is ready to go!

Northern California seems to have a lot of friendly motorcyclists and I'm very excited to be riding again! Plus, the largest ever Cycle Gear store is only a couple miles from me!

This week I'm planning on getting a new Shoei matte black 1100-series helmet, frame sliders, and the Akrapovic titanium exhaust! What you think?

No kidding? How did you do the black?

I was going to take pics today but forgot. Just did the whole thing over with polish/cleaner spray can. And it's supposed to rain all week!

Can anyone tell me something about the GPR Ghost exhaust? I think I like the Akrapovic more, but it just looks like an interesting design.

Also, Motivation frame sliders are good right? And what about K&N or DNA aftermarket air filters? Waste of money or good buy?

Ah, but that's what Joss does best. Did you see Dollhouse? Only two seasons, on purpose. It wasn't Firefly, but it was still kickass.

nope. i only got to see firefly because of hulu. i've only recently become a bit of a syfy nerd. i really like serenity. just wish they didn't kill the people they did. they could have allowed me to believe that they lived happily ever after.

Mr Whedon is a genius - the script of, don't laugh, Buffy TVS (tv series) was soooo well written - witty and funny
