Ok, a couple of weeks ago i took the Header pipes off "Pinky", and they were looking a bit secondhand...

So, after a very brief and disheartening attempt at polishing them myself....someone suggested that i get the Headers ceramic coated...
Apparently it enhances performance via heat retention...

As you can see, they are quoting figures that provide as much as a 10% power gain!!! Hmmmm!
Plus i reckon it looks pretty decent. It also deflects water, and road grime, better than Stainless steel, or chrome....making it easier to keep clean, as generally, ceramic coated pipes just need a good wipe to clean..
But they do "dull" over time, depending on the heat put out by the engine they are hanging off!
It only cost $150....but they did not do the inside of the pipes, because it would of clogged up the "Cat's" inside.
