Silverback, came up with a primo idea on the week end when we caught up with him at Lobie on a ride. BBQ.

When......Australia Day BBQ lunch, 26th Jan (it's a Tuesday this year).

What.......Pork 'n Lamb roast in the webber and some vegies done in the oven at Jamie's place, some salad, a Cheese cake or two, and some eskies of ice for grogs.

Where......Two Wheel Obsession work shop at Marion. (Wolfman's Workshop).

Why.........Duh! Oz day...lol.

Bring your stubbie holder and a chair if you like, and definitely bring your appetite. If you're planning on drinking loads, you might want to organize a ride home....lol. (although Wolfman did mention the possibility of crashing at his joint, but you'll need to 'T' that up with the man himself, I guess.)

Post up if you're coming:cheer:, post up if you're not coming so we can make fun of you for missing out on a ripper BBQ:Flip:...LOL.

And for once it's actually on topic....bring your grog...lol.:D

Cheers
Mike

No better day for a pi$$ up. Celebrate our great country's birthday with a bit of lamb on the barby.
No plans here, so count me in

I'm sure it says in the Forum rules that posts must be in English....

Doesn't get any more english than what Mikey has written...lol.. Perfect Aussie English.

Oh I know what it says, I was just thinking of those poor Americans who will be thinking wtf???

One of the commentators on the cricket this morning (our match) mentioned eskies, I doubt many viewers would have known what he was on about.

btw Kaz England are 104/7 still 139 behind SA's first innings total :cheer::cheer::cheer:

I say old chaps. It has been decided to cook some lamb and pork in a kettle barbecue at Wolfman's workshop what.

We have chosen Australia day midday meal for the time and we expect that it will we be a ripping shindig.

We will make sure there is plenty of frozen H2O in thermally insulated containers into which one can place an alcoholic beverage to keep it cool (as the colonials like to do in Australia).

You might like to provide yourselves with a seating device, but please be sure to come ravenous, as there will be plenty of food.

This English version has been brought to you by an Australian. Some of the translated parts might not be correct...lol.

Cheers

Hey, you've got a sports tourer....lol....come on over. There'll be plenty of food:D.

Of course the ride would be boring as bat droppings and would destroy the tires, but it'll be a pretty nice roast...lol.:BLAA:
