I understand that accidents can, and do happen. She most certainly had no intent on causing a crash or killing anyone. However, her poor driving skills and negligent operation killed not one, but two separate motorists in two separate crashes.

I don't see how locking her up in prison is going to solve anything, but her drivers license certainly needs to be suspended indefinitely. That won't bring back either of the people whom she killed, but it should stop her from killing anybody else.

It's truly amazing how some people can slip through the cracks and continue driving. Our system is flawed, and some people will continue driving until they injure or kill someone or themselves.

On a side note, I was getting back from a ride last night when some dumb woman decided to do a left turn out of a parking lot. She looked at me and entered the intersection blocking 1.5 out of 2 lanes, THEN, after she was already blocking my way, she looked on the right, saw cars are coming and just looked back at me and stayed in my way blocking almost both (1.5) lanes. I slowed down, reved my bike and did the "WTF are you doing you dumb bitch" hand gesture. She almost cried. Some people should not have a license to operate 1.5 tons of rolling death.

I agree man. At least they should remove her lic to operate. I would expect if I started juggling chainsaws and dropped one killing someone they would make sure I didnt juggle them anymore. I do hope the family sues her for everything she has, so much that she can not afford a car to kill anyone else with.

Ok so if driving over the limit is a 6 month ban (40km/h+ over) from memory- based on the fact you MIGHT harm someone, then killing someone should be a 600 month ban (50 years) when its caused by gross negligence.
If anything she should be being charged with manslaughter.
People defending their own home against an armed burglar would be jailed for YEARS for killing the intruder with good cause, and some crackpot unskilled useless female driver who OBVIOUSLY is totally unfit to be driving anything that weighs more than a bicycle can just walk away with a fine.
The fact she did it twice just proves she didn't give a &$%@ about taking someones life the first time and continued to driver totally negligently, I mean seriously, the coroner said if she had looked she could not have failed to see the other driver/rider.
She should be staked out on trail tracks and if the next train doesn't see her and stop in time then we know theres been some justice. This way her kids might have a chance of not ending up totally useless drivers as well. It also would give her the same chance of surviving that she gave her victims.
I mean in 15 years time we'll probably be seeing more deaths once she teaches her kids afterall.

Totally agree. The only problem with taking away her license, the area out there (where the accidents happened) is classed a s "country". You take her license away, she'll still drive anyway.. The cops are spread pretty thin out there.. Unfortunately.

I'm with Kris... tie her to a train track, and see how she goes. We'll get the train driver to go get a coffee though, don't want him going through the anguish of killing someone... Geez, I'll drive the bloody train, I won't feel remorse for that bitch.
