Hey, I have a group from another forum that is doing a ride on Sunday of about 135 miles from Purgatory Chasm out around Quabbin and ending in Haverhill ( I think). Looks like there could be anywhere from 8-12 bikes depending on who shows up. There will be lots of "additional" people along that are not from the forum so if you're interested I could IM you more info.

I looked for bar risers, a shorterned windscreen, grips, lowered pegs, and a throttle lock before noticing the seat.

Thanks for the invite Steve. I would gladly come but I was planning a little longer (400-500mile-ish) riding day myself. I really wanna squeeze as many miles as I can out of the long weekend before the weather gets bad again.

If you (or anyone else) feels like joining me for a 8am-7pm (I'm kind of paranoid about riding in the dark so I do my best to get back before the sun sets) ride to a random spot on google maps just let me know and we can meet up and ride together. I like to just look at google maps, find roads that don't go through any cities (or as few as possible) and take them to a random spot about 200-250 miles away (one way). I'll be doing this type of riding on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Actually on Saturday I'm thinking of getting to Bear Mountain, New York. A friend told me there are some awesome roads in the area so I thought I'd give them a shot. The rest of the days are just random rides and exploring new roads

As for the seat - I tested it and it definitely is a huge improvement over the stock one but I still think I'll need to try one of those padded bicycle shorts everyone keeps on talking about
