Well today I turned 23, and people still think I'm 18 or 19 years old:(, they don't believe me until I show them my drivers license, I don't drink or smoke, I know thats part of the reason, but damn it gets annoying having high school girls trying to flirt with you all the time. Is this age thing a curse or a blessing.

Let me get this straight.............you don't want high school girls flirting with you

Wait till you get to my age,you will wish you hadn't said that ,lol

I get that too and I'm just shy of 31. :D One day I'll use this to my advantage to snag a cougar who's been widowed and then she can fund my motorcycle addiction. ;)

at this point older high school age women hiting on you is not to creepy in a couple years it will be enjoy it while it last . but really now I get the same thing from time to time and I'm 30 just enjoy it while it lasts

Sorry, I don't have any attraction to an 18 year old bimbo that laughs ands giggles like a toddler, but wants to go to college and drink alcohol, no thanks. I don't know about you Aussie's, but America's young adults are seriouly immature, or maybe I'm too mature for my age, dunno.

Be glad for it. I had the same problem back when dinosaurs roamed the earth. I'm nearing 50 and folks are often surprised when I tell 'em how old I am. Believe me, it's a good thing.

As for the high school girls, well, that's just something you'll have to sort out. Keep your eyes open for the slighter older girls who want a young guy...you can be their boy toy...

Don't sweat it, much better than looking 5 years older. The chick thing will work out.
Boy Toy sounds like fun- go for it!

Some times I wish I looked 5 years older, funny thing is that my sister is 18, and everyone thinks she's 25 . Boy Toy, never thought of that advantage :D, maybe then she would'nt babble about lipgloss and boy bands.

I know what you mean those high school girls are SOOOO immature!

Count your blessings, it is a good problem to have. I had a buddy in high school begin going bald by the time we graduated.

Man, I say enjoy it :) Make a game of it. I have the most fun getting folks to guess my age and weight. I must be getting softer, cuz the weight thing isn't as much fun LOL But, as recently as 26 (I'm 30 now) I was mistaken for 16. Kinda hurt my pride a lil bit, but my coworker sure thought it was funny :)

"That's what I love about high school girls man, I get older and they stay the same age" - not my line, I think it's from Dazed and Confused.

I get the same thing, I'm 32 and I still get carded for booze. It's used to annoy me to get carded for cigs and booze, but now it's kinda nice to look younger, especially when young girls turn their heads. I love flashing my wedding ring, or getting into my minivan right in front of them and having a laugh.

The best part is when the clerk asks for ID, looking for 1988 as a birth date, and is embarrassed when they see 1976, and hands it back with a "thanks sir". LOL

It gets better, but for now just roll with it; it's not going to change.

I recently turned 21, and nobody has carded me yet when buying beer.
But when I ask people they say I look younger. Meh oh well.

Lucky bugga. I'm 39, and I don't look a day under 50..lmao.

Seriously though, I got asked for ID a couple of months ago to get into one of Wolfman's gigs... The dude on the gate wasn't going to let me, and I don't carry ID, for the reason.. I'M ALMOST 40. (He did let me in, after I removed my sunglasses).

Enjoy it while you can mate

I started losing my hair in my mid 20s and by 40 I had that lovely head ring (think Dr Phil!)

Several years ago I started shaving my head and it took years off my age :)

I get the same. It is ridiculous!! Even if I have my 12 year old daughter with me I get IDed. I got refused the other day because my license wouldn't swipe, said it was probably a fake...wth! lol
My sister gets a little tweaked when people say she is the older one, shes 2 years younger than me!
I could understand it if the people IDing me were older then me and not a very good judge, but when 21 year olds are asking for it?! Just strange! Normally get a laugh and "wow" when they see 1977.
