speedo healer

I've been a member of this forum for about a year now and I've read in people's mods that they have a "speedo healer". I've been looking into these and have found that there are several different types of healers out there. Which brands should I look for and which should I avoid? Which models have worked for you folks out there? I appreciate any help offered...

Ditto, same model here....never had a problem, checked it against my GPS....works just fine.
