Well, I think I have some explaining to do..........

I bought this one for $190 last year, I'm still not regretting it.

+ its solar powered. :D

+1 on the eco-drive. I just bought one as i decided i probably need to start wearing a nicer watch to work instead of my timex haha. Bought it for the stainless, looks and the solar powered part.

Am I the only one to notice that your watch says SEX?
No mate,
The only one who Dosn't mind mentioning it lol.

I originally posted up the spec from their web site and not from the on-line advert I am purchasing from. The model I am buying is not on their web site yet.
Unfortunately it does not mention "Sex Pro Dive" I might have to return it lol. Can you imagine the endless possibilities of immature chat up lines. The wife would be fed up in a week.

Example #1 "Nelly, whats the time"?
Answer " Why It's sex o'clock" pointing to cleverly embossed watch face graphic lol.

They have also upgraded the water resistance form 200 meters to 300 meters (a whopping 1000 feet).

Wow nice watches. I've got a few (8), all still intact. Well, I like watches. No Tag Heuer's unfortunately.

I think what helps me is that even though I can't leave my home without my wedding ring and a watch, I can't stand them on me at home. It goes immediately to a specific box when I walk into the door.

the Police was my wedding presy and one of my other favorites is the Suunto T3.
The T3 is a cycling computer/heart rate monitor/gps - use for MTB XC.

well, you could always buy it, sell it for more, and use the excess to buy a regularly priced watch and some mods for the FZ and end up ahead!

I'm not into scuba at all but I'd buy a watch that said "Sex Pro Dive" :D

What's-Her-Name bought me a Citizen Eco solar-powered watch 4 or 5 years ago, it's still going strong.

Well I fessed up to Avril (let her sleep after the night shift first and made a haute cuisine gastronomic culinary feast.)

Avril said and I kid you not "Bloody bargain, have they got any ladies watches"?

Honesty the best policy.

Reio your thoughts are quite tempting lol. To be honest all I want for the FZ6 is maybe the R6 fork conversion. I can honestly wait for that.
I have not been entirely honest either, I already have 8 watches ranging from mid range functional Jobie's to £200.00 dress watches.
Its kind of my male equivalent shoe thing lol.

Yep me too. But I don't want to tell you the watches I've been collecting. Let's just say don't feel bad about your purchase. It's a beautiful watch and a better return for your money than my stuff. I don't know why I love watches so much...well watches and bikes now!

The funny thing is, I am not allowed to wear a watch at work in clinical areas (Infection control measures) So I have a fancy (manly) digital fob watch lol.

My watch garage so far.......

This one was £5.00 from flee bay. I broke the first one standing on it.
It has an acrylic face and marks easily.
Good alarm and excellent back light, water proof bathing & swimming.

This one was 99 pence from flee bay. I like it because the screen is actually just black. you have to press the light function to get illumination.
Its very similar to the first watch my dad gave me in the 70's.
I don't like the random writing at the bottom of the screen though.

Schaffer automatic watches go for a few hundred Euros. The watch face that I have is a very tidy blue ceramic.
It is an accurate time keeper, and of course battery free.

This is my current favorite I got it for £12.00 they normally retail for £80 in sports/boarding shops.
A nice weight to it, excellent luminous hands and face. I would like to add the red one to the stable as well.

My interview watch lol, it matches my one and only suit. This was the huge sum of 99 pence. Leather strap and crystal glass. A very lucky find indeed.

My newest one, This was won for a bid of £11.99. Hypoallergenic back, a nice weight. I am ashamed to say I have not worn it yet.

Have I shown you the one I am waiting for?

Thanks for allowing me to indulged with you my indulgence.

Re: My watch garage so far.......

Hehehe, the man of many watches. :rof:

I have 2 watches, one digital for work (analogue watches don't like electro-magnetic fields... especially the the huge bursts of electric that comes off spot-welding guns), and I have a Quicksilver Titanium watch for weekends.

I like the look of your new one Neil, and you haven't worn the Swiss Explorere yet... hang your head boy!!!

:)

We all know some poor fella with bird like that lol.

Nelly

I asked what the "Sex" in the name implied. Just to ease some of your curiosity lol.

The official answer is:

Hi Neil,
SEX PRO-DIVE is an abbreviation of Sharper EXecutive PROfessional DIVERs watch at bit like FCUK French Connection UK
Kindest Regards

Debs

So there you have it.
