On a recent episode of Judge Alex Brown a plaintiff lost his suit. Judge ruled that since plaintiff entered an intersection just as light turned green and got plowed by a vehicle that had not cleared the intersection he was not due any damages. This doesn't sound like the case with your wife (it was a blatent red light runner; didn't enter intersection on a yellow) but I thought I'd bring this up anyway. You know the funny thing about red light cameras? Around here they only photograph left turn red light runners. Is there anyplace where red light cameras document the straight through red light runners? I wonder. I know now the some red light cameras are now photographing motorists who don't make a complete stop on a red before turning right----and receive the same whopping fine as if they blew through a red light!
