HID lights?

Anyone done HIDS? I would want to do both sides HID, one on the high beam of course. What bulb size are we? any brands reccomended?

The high beam is an H4 and I believe the low beam is an H1 bulb (but it might be an H3, I'm not 100% on that). HIDs shouldn't be too bad of a mod, hardest part will be figuring out how to hid the ballast. My suggestion would be to fab some brackets and mount them inside the fairing. Good luck and remember to post pics and a write up in the how-to when you're done .

i'm not really sure what you guys are talking about here. replacing the bulbs? it should be just a simple switch...

HID also needs a specialized HID designed reflector. Any kit that sells you the light with out the reflector is basicly a waste of money and dangerous to you. Light scattered everywhere is not in our best intrest.
