Just keep your mind occupied on other things. Stay busy at work, play a video game (TV is not recommended since food is usually associated with it). Eventually you will start thinking less and less about your stomach :) Something that helped me was to get focused on taking control of my body...

It also slows way down once you get married apparently! Begining of 08 I weighed 175. I get engaged, get married, wife is an amazing cook and I eat loads of unhealthy, yet delicious food. Didn't used to be a problem for me, but by 2009 I weigh 195 and I'm wondering were these love handles came...

The video you posted seemed ok except for some stutters at the beginning. Could it possibly be the footage? Have you tried publishing a different video? Or maybe it's your computer? I've only got some experience with premiere pro, and that's minimal, so I don't think I can be of much help. Good...

2010 Yamaha VMAX Home, information, info Have you guys seen this thing? I got an email from Yamaha about it and I was appalled at it's appearance. Not sure what look they were going for, but it looks terrible IMHO. Maybe it looks better in person, but I just can't wrap my brain around...

I'm sure he will be back. He's an amazing racer. If anyone has the potential to beat Rossi it's either Lorenzo or Stoner. Pedrosa would like to think he could, but the only way he could ever win the GP is if Stoner, Rossi and Lorenzo dropped out. What can I say? I love to hate Pedrosa! :D...

Ha ha! I had the same thought :D Stoner is an amazing racer though. No one has come closer to equaling Rossi. He sure can be a whiny little baby though...
