After all the reads of people changing oil and seeing metal flakes and such in the oil I broke down and changed the oil on my FZ1 over the weekend with 293 miles on it and low and behold no metal flakes or sparkles in it at all checked with a magnet and nothing stuck to it. As of lately I have no more then 1/2 inch on the Wifes FZ6 and on my FZ1 I have about the same. But that will change I hope after this Friday I have off and I out to hit the twisties.

Due to EPA standards the rich and lean conditions over the mapping on a stock FZ1 is amazing too rich in some areas then very lean in others. This is true if I am not mistaken on must FI bikes. I am keeping the stock exhaust and just buying the PC to adjust the mapping, the shop I go to has a...

My FZs' yes, my V-max not so much right now, having a fuel issue due to a switch or relay. I have not tracked it down as of yet.

What I like is when they look right at you then pull out, had this done to me yesterday. My new pair of armored gloves are going to come in handy when my temper explodes the next time.
