New with out tags. Bought this in the Spring new. Here is the description: Short-cut, 600D Carbolex® shell incorporates 1680D ballistic shoulder and elbow impact panels. Rainguard® waterproof/ breathable barrier. Removable liner features warming 100g polyfill insulation. Soft microfiber-trimmed colar features a relief cut0out for added comfort. Zippered, 3-position shoulder vents combine with sleeve vents and rear exhaust vents to provide flow-through ventilation. Pre-curved and rotated sleeves increase comfort and performance in the riding position. Removable, CE-approved armor at the elbow and shoulder with an EVA back pad. Adjustable sleeve take-up straps at the forearm and biceps help to secure elbow armor and material. Phoslite® reflective trim and a reflective Star logo on the back increase nighttime visibility.
