Many times it can be an issue with battery voltage. Check that your connectors to the battery terminals are clean and tight.
If you have a digital volt meter, check your battery voltage during starting and charging. A healthy battery should show 12.8 vdc. while there is nothing using it. You should be above 10 vdc. while cranking to start. you should see above 13.5 vdc. with the engine above 2000 rpm.
