Will a Scorpion Exhaust off a 2005 fit a 2007 FZ6?

I'm not to sure but i think the 07 mid pipe is a little longer. I think the mid pipe is shorter so the 04-06 are the same and the 07-09 are a bit longer, but not to sure. I have a 07 and bought a mid pipe from an 06 fizzer to bore it out to make it a cat-eliminator but i haven't changed it yet. If I eye it up it looks a little shorter but by maybe an inch or so.
