Hello every1,
I've been lubricating my cable with GT85 but I've recently found out you can buy dedicated lubes for it.
Does any1 use them? and if so which one? Pls something I can find in the UK.
I've read they are much better for the cable tough.
thanks.

I use "Cable Life", made by Protect all. Green and white can. Pretty good product.

I'd suggest using the tool that clamps around the cable end and forces it thru. You can buy the can separate or with the tool...(at least in the US).

I use Rust Check. Actually the guy at the dealership recommended it and he sells cable lube. It works great and is cheap. BTW read the instructions that come with your cable lube tool for fitting it to different diam cables, otherwise you'll end up with a lot of wasted lube where you don't want it - speaking from experience.
