What wires go to what?

I need to figure out what these wires go to for this harness.
I chopped off the fuse box because it was pretty much destroyed on this salvage bike. Does anybody know which wires go where, and if this section of the harness has anything to do with ignition or starting? Thanks

go to Boneman's FZ6 Site - Mods, download the service manual and go to chapter 8 Electrical, all of the wiring diagrams are there.

The service manual is helpful, but I still don't see a color code diagram. Can anybody who may have their fusebox out take a picture of the bottom of it so I can tell which wires are connected (by fuse)?

Yes that's what I found out when I recently had to do an electrical mod on my bike. You need to reference the pin outs on the plugs. There was no color code reference. Sorry I don't have the FZ6 anymore.

And all the other wiring pages have the color code written along the wire somewhere IIRC. :thumbup:
