I will be doing.. Uhm... Nothing:( I have to save up some cash after the trade in.. Come spring though I will have to get some frame sliders. And maybe some other goodies.. :)
The "wish list" as of now:
-Motovation no-cut frame sliders OR race sliders (requires cutting, but better protection).
-Puig dark smoke double bubble screen.
-Tank cover/bag for longer trips.

I plan on drilling out the baffles, and using a high temperature paint to paint the downpipes black. Maybe powder coating or ceramic coating the bars too (and might as well with the foot pegs)...but I don't want to get ahead of myself here though with the bars and pegs. Big dreams...but only so much time.

One thing at a time i suppose.

Riding the snot out of it!:Flip:
We usually have one or two weeks where its to cold to ride. I will probably have my levers and rearsets powder coated during that time.

1. Riding it (except when the roads are too icy)
2. Working on some simple electrical mods now
---adding a power outlet and other connections
---hoping to do the dual headlight mod finally
3. Getting Givi racks for the temporary mounting of some ammo cases (aka: cheap side cases

Here are the cases on the XT - not pretty (in most peoples opinion i'm sure), but they are cheap and perfect for the job.

True the cases are not of show quality...but there very practical. and probably serve you well, just eyeballing them and trying to figure out how much beer you could get in them ... ?

Now, that is a fine question. I've never loaded them to capacity with beer alone so I don't know for sure, but I'd say at least a case of cans per side.

Two things:

1) Finalizing a decision on what type of mirrors I want to go on my newly naked FZ6.

2) Finally getting a set of stainless brake lines.

Other than that, she's ready to ride any day I can stand the chill!
