I have this bracket, came with the bike, nothing is attached. What is supposed to be attached there? I'm looking at part #17:

Doesn't the horn also attach to that bracket?

Forgot that HONDA doesn't like their pictures being put on the website! I should have taken a screenshot instead of directly linking and giving them credit...
That would make sense that the horn attaches there. Right now my horn is attached directly to where this bracket is supposed to be attached to. I'll put it back on this weekend.
For anyone who sees this later, here was the part in question from a similar HONDA diagram.
