Dream cars are harder since there's so many - the Audi R8 looks nice, I like the current M5's, the new Z06. Older stuff - I've always liked the BMW 850ci and NSX.
Oh relative to torque-steer, I'll give shaggystyle that his Altima might have very little torque-steer but every FWD has some and the more hp/torque the more obvious it gets. Basic physics says that even with equal length drive shafts (best case) the material properties and tolerances means they twist differently under load. It's the prime reason I can't imagine owning another FWD car - I continually get tempted by one or another and the car rags' claims of great handling and minimal torque-steer, but it's always there eating steering feel and making the car feel wishy-washy under accel.
