im gonna say a suzuki with the ram pipes going through the tank but i remember Kawasaki doing this to and all their older bikes look the same lol but im gonna with suzuki lol

Looks like a kawasaki ninja zx7 to me, year is around mid ninties.

Ah - you guys beat me to it. Definitely a Kawasaki frame from the 90's.
EDIT: I forgot to mention though, it's a very ugly one - someone does not love that bike.

LOL! Yeah, when I saw it I thought gawd man, take care of that thing! I had never seen a bike with the tubes into the tank. What do they do?

My best guess is it's a ram air system that goes through the tank instead of through the frame.
