I have just dropped a bollock!

I am looking for a new watch, nothing flash just a watch so I ordered one of these:

http://www.sharperwatches.com/html/amptt.html

Apparently they used to be nearly £1200.00.
I put an offer in for £80.00 and it got accepted. The thing is I don't even know why I put the offer in. I certainly wasn't expecting it to go through.

anyone got a spare room?:spank::spank::spank:

Hey man I like that watch.

If you need a place to stay I could use a hand over here. Thinking of opening a Torch and Pitchfork discount wharehouse, with a Tar and Feather section on the side.

Off topic a bit how in hell do people keep from breaking watches? I have bought nice watches, cheap watches, medium watches and break every one of them within a month. Its like I am destined to not know what time it is or something.

Same as here Steve, thats the reason I am in the market for a new watch.
I hit my old one on the garage wall yesterday. Totally wiped out the glass.
Now I have ordered a watch that I am to scared of wearing.

PS what are you going to call you store? How about "Constitutional Revolution"?

I have been looking for a new watch. I like those!

I would like to have one that is mostly black, or has a majority of the parts in black then some stainless accents.

I think I have expensive taste.

Nice looking! I've had bad experience buying watches online. Unless you know the brand already (seems you do), it's very hard to tell the quality. I've ordered things that look really nice and end up coming back cheap. You can really tell the quality of a watch by its weight, and that's hard to determine online.

My wife gave me an expensive watch a few years back for xmas, and the battery died. Mega expensive to replace. Have to send back to the dealer, costs 10x as much as any other watch dealer. I'm back to $19.95 watches from the drug store. Seems to be just as good. Plus I have a skinny wrist and those watches the size of an M1 Abrams don't look good on me. Can barely life them!

Sawblade, That looks like a comfortable watch band. Both are good looking but Sawblades is less expensive for something we tend to break. :spank:

i had a watch i was very fond of and when i broke the glass i took it to a professional watch technician and had it replaced. cant remember the price but the quality of his repair was beautiful. even better than new! it was a solid gold mickey mouse watch from my grandmother.

Am I the only one to notice that your watch says SEX?

LOL...Nope. That would be excuse number 2 for the missus Nelly. I'm a bloke and it says SEX on it. "I had to have it/became obsessed".

I've noticed that the women we all love aren't all that fussed about our blokey side as long as we give them a chance to moan about it now and then...LMAO.

You actually did the right thing in a way:thumbup:.

Cheers

Nice watch, I had a lovely titanium, citizen solar watch. I left it on the floor when I was working on an old bike. Yep I trod on it.
