Water keeps getting into clutch cable. Is there a collar or rubber cover to seal it?

Every time I ride in the rain or wash the bike water works its way down the cable adjusting bolt channel and make the clutch super tough to pull in. Is there anything that is built for sealing this up? The cable may have some fraying but I do put some cable life down it and operates perfectly.

The FZ does not come with a rubber guard, but you can add one. My DRZ has one, as do a lot of dual sports. If your cable is fraying at all, it is time to replace it.
