We're going bike shopping tomorrow. Looks like my old Rocky Mountain will cost too much to repair - new tyres, derailer, chain, rebuilding my Z1 shocks etc.

Will probably be looking at a Specialised I've got my eye on. Hardtail.

Mind you, if I see a single sided Cannondale for a good price....... :sinister:

None! .. but only because I'm *old* and I ride slower and take fewer chances than I used to 10 years ago.

I have a buddy who races mountain bikes down in GA. He's broken several bones from tree "incidents" over the years.
