UK Anyone Completed the R6 Front Fork Mod ?

Hi All,

I would like to attempt the mod and have gone over the many links and threads, concluded I think:
2008 FZ6S2 is the bike.

Need:
03-04 RWUP R6 Forks, prefer black legs.
Shims for the wheel spacer.
Shims for the brake caliper.

Not sure:
Calipers, I think my original 08 model ones will fit the R6 forks?
Mudguard / front fender mounts ?

If anyone in the Uk has done the mods, I would like to hear and possibly meet up to have a look before I start down the road of buying bits that I never fit.

Why not just upgrade the current forks. You can buy new springs and oil and even a pre-load adjuster.
