My 05 came without the rear turn signals. I put Watsens in the front and mounted the stock fronts to the rear, using ground and the flasher lead only.

I want to put LED bulbs in but I want to make sure I get the correct bulb type. I realize that I know nothing adroit the language of accessory bulbs. In the past I would go the the parts dealer and say "one of these please".

I assume that by using only 1 filament in the lamp/housing that I need the same LED that I would put in the normal rear housing.

Can anyone give me the information. On the lamp base I need? Also any suggestions on the lamp or supplier would be welcome.

Thanks

If it's the OEM stalk in the back I would use the stock lamp because the reflector is designed for that lamp unless you find an LED replacement that is designed for that specific application. The other option is to change out the OEM stalks for LED type. There are more LED replacements that are more efficient today. Check your local MC supply stores. :)

Not sure how much you want to spend, but Rizoma makes a very good product. I have the:

Rizoma "Avio-21" LED Turn Signal, PJ's Parts

I'm very pleased with them. If you're just wanting the bulb, Best of Luck getting one you're happy with. I went with the Rizoma product.
Do you have a Flasher Relay? I can post that link as well if you wish.

I already have my eye on some Rizoma's, but funds are tight right now and I was looking for a quick and cheap next step.

So my interest right now is to find LED bulbs if possible.

Thanks
