Trying to order a part... need some help

I am trying to order left side REAR fairing for my FZ6. But I found two different part numbers
1) 5VX-21710-10-00 ---SIDE COVER ASSY 1
This one I can get for $20
5VX-21710-10-00 YAMAHA SIDE COVER ASSY 1 $21.32

2)5VX-21710-10-00 ---SIDE COVER ASSY 1
This one is $70
5VX-21710-A0-P0 YAMAHA SIDE COVER ASSY 1 $69.54

Which one I should buy.. I dont care about the color as I am planning to repaint the whole bike...

You want part no. 1 in the diagram below, correct? If so, that is part no 5VX-Y2171-L0-00, $49.98 at Stadium Yamaha. That's for a 2007 model. For 2007 (and beyond I think) this piece is black (with a big decal) instead of being painted to match the bike color, so I think they are cheaper (although for some reason the part no. for the red bike color is $0.45 more than the one for the blue.)

The parts fiche diagrams appear to be identical except for the decals. Strange that the '04 and '05 parts are so much cheaper. I would buy the cheaper part, but, your mileage may vary....
