I'd like an opinion from the Australians.

If my country was exporting this garbage I would be so embarrassed I might be tempted to change my nationality. What was the primary criteria to be a presenter, "be the worst caricature of an Australian that is humanly possible"??

It makes Crocodile Dundee look like an art film.

The American top gear is not any better. The only good top gear is the British one.

Are you serious ?? They are actually making you watch this dribble over there  I feel sorry for you mate , the show is seriously crap & doesnt lay a glove on the original. Its been going for 3 years & i've watched about 5 episodes & cringed everytime :shakehead: The presenters have no personallity & the jokes are old  They even bumped it to 'pay TV' over here because the ratings are sooo crap :) The sooner its off the TV the better the world will be :D

Next time you see the opening of the show mate , go for a ride , it'll be far more enjoyable

+1! The only time I saw the Australian guys was on the proper British show when they were guests & competed against Jeremy, James & Richard in the double-decker car race. The American Top Gear is crap! They can't even come up with their own concept, they have to try (miserably) to copy the British show. The American guys don't have nearly the personality of J, J & R. I will admit, the American version probably wouldn't come across as badly if I hadn't seen the British version first.

In short, Aussie TG is totally ****house.

A mega mega try hard copy that fails on so many levels.

Oh yeah, and our TG test track caters for the 'Speed Kills' crowd here in Australia. And they use a ute :spank: How bogan is that!
