It depends on what you want to do with them.

Long miles straight? Track days? Lots O' grip but change out in 4000 miles? See what I am getting at?

What kind of riding do you do?

If you're like me and do a lot of commuting, I'd suggest the Michelin Pilot Road 2.

What kind of milage did you end up getting with the Pilot Powers on the FZ? Do you think it is OK for 50% commutting 50% spirited riding?

Dunlop sportmax roadsmart tires.

Pretty new design (last year I think?) They have dual compound design. Soft rubber on the sides for extra stick and harder rubber in the middle for extra durability. I have one on my rear (got a nail a few months ago in my last tire - under 800 miles!) and I love it. Hasn't slipped once -rain or shine.

im changing tires this week, anyone have any suggestions. i heard the best for the twisties are the pilot power and the qualifiers, but the pilot power wear faster than the dunlops. Also i do a little of commuting but i like mostly to ride on canyons!! Any suggestions????
