After 18 months of FZ ownership I've decided to scratch that Triumph itch and bought myself a Street Triple so that means that for one lucky person they get to own my lovely FZ6. Before I put it up for sale in the usual places I thought I'd put it on here first in case anyone was interested.

==========================

Yamaha FZ6 for sale (2005)
17,900 miles
Recently fully (and I mean *fully*) serviced with new iridium plugs, air filter, oil and filter, throttle body balance, fork oil, brake fluid, brake pads front and rear, head bearings, DID sprockets and chain, new Metzeler roadtec tyres and more that I've probably forgotten so it really wants for nothing.
I'm a firm believer in preventative maintenance as you can probably tell!!
As soon as the tax reminder arrives I'll be putting a years tax on it and the MOT isn't due until March 2014.

It's a 2010 Street Triple in red, will put some pics up later.

I'll ride it for a week or so and come back and do a bit of a comparison.

Congrats. Great bike. I had a 2006 Speed Triple. Wonderful motor. I only sold due to the local dealership going out of business and no one would work on the bike. Have fun. Also prepare, Triumph accessories are expensive as hell.

Got a few bits for sale so if anyone is interested let me know before they go on eBay.

Set of R&G aero crash bungs (about a month old so it perfect condition)
A speedoDRD (again, about a month old)
A brand new genuine Yamaha clutch cable which I never got round to fitting.
