Wakin up the neighbours
Pulled into the local garage on my Husky,to use the jetwash.When I went to the counter,the bloke warned me that the freezing weather had made it like an ice rink.After assuring him that my crosser boots had loads of grip I pushed the bike into the washer bay.Put my money in and 10 seconds later I went arse over tit dragging my bike down on top of me.Every time I tried to get up and right the bike,I just slid again.
In the end I had to grovel along the ground,dragging my bike along (trying not to listen to it scraping along the tarmac) until I got some grip.
The rub of it was the place was packed and not one bugger offered any help!
Just looked at me like I'd planned on using the garage floor to buff up the side of my bike
Needless to say,I now get my petrol elsewhere..........
