There's a video on Youtube, but not that helpful IMHO. I was a little nervous with those directions until I actually looked at them with the bike in front of me. It literally took 5 minutes to do and isn't that hard (I had the tank up for a new battery anyway). Your new parts look nearly identical to the parts you'll be removing so you should be able to figure things out.
1. Loosen the cable - counter-clockwise - at the bar (so you can get it off the old slave lever at the transmission easier - the rubber seal is a pain but it will slide off/on with some lube - you are going to lube up while you are there, right?).
2. Take off the circlip holding the old slave lever on (be careful of the washer). Remove the old lever by pulling it up and off the input shaft. This is easier with a cheapo circlip pliers from Harbor Freight.
3. Bend the little tab holding the cable end in place at the transmission to get the end off the old slave lever.
3. Remove the two bolts holding on the old hangar.
4. Pull cable through the old hangar (this is where the seal is a pain).
5. Put the cable through the new hangar included in the kit (lube up the cable before you push the seal back in).
6. Put the two bolts back on to mount the new hangar.
7. Tighten the cable (take up all the slack in the cable - at the bar and under the tank).
8. Twist the input shaft clockwise to take up the slack (probably won't have to twist far - just take out the free play)
9. Put the cable on the new slave lever included in the kit, bend the little tab to lock it down
10. Pull the cable toward you to take up as much slack before sliding the new slave lever onto the input shaft.
11. Replace washer and circlip (make sure the slave lever is all the way down so you can get both of these on)
12. Adjust the slack in the cable to your desired engagement zone and enjoy!
