now that i think about it, i think i was thinking a little narrow with the 12 ft. box, it was about the length of a parking stall, which is 18-20 ft. but the thing is, the lines extending perpendicular to the back line are only about 8 ft, if that. a standard motorcyle is about 6'8" (FZ6), it's paint-stripes are a half-box encasement: ||_____| (the double line is the 18" apart lines). to come to a 90d stop in between those lines is just not possible.
as for a response, some dude named 'jon' got back to me from the NJ DMV, told me to call their Gen Info #. i wrote back, "i already called them, they told me to email you, that's a catch 22 if i call them back"
then he writes back, "Unfortunately, you will need to contact our driver testing unit at (609) 633-9495 for further assistance with the Motorcycle Driver Manual"
typically NJ, nothing ever changes, once a law or rule or basically any DMV operation is put into effect, there's no changing it.
well, glad that's over. next up, taking 20 days off and heading due west to the grand canyon, down around and back up through the north.
