sticky ignition switch

At times my step-son has diffuculty getting his key to turn to the "on" possition.
Think he tried a few dozen times today to get his key to turn. Are there any known issues with the switch on the '07's

As far as I know, the switches on all years respond pretty much the same way.

When my switch started to get sticky, and refused to turn easily, I squirted a bunch of WD 40 into the tumbler. Many have said that this probably wasn't the best lubricant to use.

3 in 1 oil, or graphite in the tumblers would be a better choice.
