squeaky front brake...

my 07 FZ6 has less than 3,000 miles on it, and i just noticed the front brake squeaking
any thoughts on this? i wouldn't think that the brakes would be having any issues with such low mileage. i really don't want to get on one day only to find that the front brake isn't working.

More than likely there is dirt between the piston and the pad.Take the pads out and apply some anti squeal paste to the rear of the pad and the front of the piston and all should be quiet.

Mine used to do that. I replaced the pads with EBC HH pads. Problem solved! No more squeek!
