Awesome work and good choice on the oil.
The other filters are good, but if you do it yourself you can make sure its the right tightness and it won't be too hard to get off.

So important question: Whats next? Aftermarket exhaust?

If you do order stuff, its often much cheaper from overseas sadly!

Since I'm in the USA, what type of oil should I use? Also, should I get synthetic?
