I live in a very small town (pop 10K) in rural Spain.....which has no passing traffic, and is generally very quiet indeed.
The bike is in the integral garage with no other deterrents to intruders other than 5 large dogs (including Rottweilers) that roam the house.
Works for me wherever I've lived in the UK or Spain. :thumbup:
