I'm guessing his turbo boost lever is positioned right next to the brake lever and he grabbed the wrong one.
Before anyone else says it... ATGATT! Even on scooters!

The unforeseen part is what injuries the guy one the scooter actually has. When the adrenalin is rushing every one is doing stupid stuff. The guy in the car could be concerned less about the scooter guy. He's more worried as to what happened to his car. I bet he guy on the scooter could minimally have bad rash on many parts of his body, including hands and feet that we didn't get to see...

Just goes to show you that a pre ride insoection is very important. Looks like this guy ran out of nitros, while showing off for the girls in the car he was passing. Seriously, i am glad he walked away.
I'm betting that was the first wheelie that scooter ever pulled, but more importantly, I noticed the two adds below the video were for wheelchairs....Irony, I don't think so
