Yep. I scraped the feelers on the footpegs a few times, and once felt the wheel starting to slide. Was able to recover though.

Are you referring to how supposedly motorcycle-unfriendly this area is? I've heard this opinion before, but can't really say much :don'tknow: - I learned to ride only few years ago and never lived/rode anywhere else. I had a few close calls with starbucks-holding-phone-talking-huge-SUV-driving clowns, but i think those are everywhere. If this area is unfriendly, then hey, it's like learning to scuba-dive in Long Island - if you can dive there, you can pretty much dive anywhere. :rockon:
