s3 Performance Mirror HELP

I Have a Pair of:- Bar End Mirrors (Anti-Glare) CNC Billet with Universal Mounts (PAIR)

Having an issue with the vibration i get in them, how can i reduce this.. do i need different bar ends which are heavier then the ones it came with??
