yeah it rly does. She manages to fit into every category well enough that you just cant justify pulling that trigger when it comes to it. But I really DO need another bike. I rly and truly do. But I just can't justify it this year. For half the money of a decent used bike I can get all my new gear and some great touring mods for the FZ (and an assortment of minor stuff for her). Then I have enough left over for a touring budget and like 8 or 9 track days.
I'm taking on the remainder of the mortgage on my parents house and they are building a new home. The name of the game for me this year is debt reduction. If I get another bike I am going to want to ride it and tour so will need a touring budget anyway. And I will obviously mod it a bit to better suit the job (or ride it barebones and not be happy which is also not good). And I def need new gear as what ive got now is worn quite a bit. And I don't want to sacrifice too many track days.
SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO................
I can manage to chip away at my "To do/buy" list as funds become available without upsetting the amount I need to have going towards debt reduction. If I buy a new or used machine I can technically afford it.....but my debt would stay steady and not go down. 2 years from now I must be debt free or I will start robbing trains or something (do people still do that?)
