Rear Brake Pads Replaced 46,653 miles

During my road trip up to Canada, while I was in Portand I had my tires replaced along with my factory original Rear Brake Pads. Front still has the orginal pads.

I didn't have an opportunity to take a picture of the new pads, so I can't compare the difference. Here is the picture of my pads at 46,653 miles.



Next, I will have to replace my brake fluid, still on the stock fluid:spank:

I was going to scold you for replacing pads that still had a good 1/4" on them, then I noticed you used the metric side of the ruler...
That your rears required replacing before your front pads, sez that you use your rear brakes a lot, I imagine in bumper to bumper traffic in LV that's a good thing.

It's still amazing there is that much material still there! What does your brake fluid look like? It must be pretty dark.

Replacing the rear fluid on an 06 is kind of a pain due to where the reservoir is but not too bad. I took the chance when I did mine to replace the brake lines and pads as well, front and back. Figured might as well just do it since I'm getting dirty.
