Rear brake lever, does a TDM900 fit

Hi all, I was looking at a mates TDM900 and the rear brake pedal looks very similar to the FZ6 but instead of having a silly rubber bit, it has a decent plate to press down.

Has anyone found a better rear brake pedal than the stock item?

I'd love to see one. I found a silver cover that fitted over the rubber bit that was basically a silver tube, but it was rubbish and made it impossible to shift gear when I added one on the left to match!
