Realistic Paper Crafts

I do recommend starting with one of the simpler models before tackling one of the big ones. They actually take quite a time to complete.

I did the R1 with regular printer paper and it didn't work out that well, got some thicker paper and did the MT01. Nice model and quite big when finished, has a few idiosyncrasies, but it works

What a excellent effort Rich. How long did it take you.......Unfortunately i don't think I've got the patience.

The MT01 took months to do, doing a couple of hours a night - say 3 days a week. Had to build a couple of frames to try and get the parts curved in the right direction so things would fit together... and even then I don't think I got it quite right.

The first model I tried was the hedgehog mostly for a feel of how the instructions worked out, how the printing worked etc. Spiny worked out OK, but took a bit longer than I thought.

Then I did the R1, but not the garage stuff that went with it, except for the paddock stand.
If you want to try something out, try one of those spare wheels. The wheels are hard, I think he gives some video tutorials that you can get ideas from.

Here is the link to all the pictures I took in process for the MT01 - now if they only sold it in the USA

I like this one, makes it look like a chop shop

Got started on the Yellow M1 today. Bought some 75lbs. paper, its working well so far. Going to be a bit bigger than I expected! Part 1 of it is done...

A year ago it was swimming, 6 months ago... Call of Duty, 1 month ago... purchased first bike, and now you want me to hop into an additional time-consuming hobby?

sniff6... I do not appreciate your attempt at having me murdered by my own wife.
