This one. You can get the same idea, just make sure the cradle is the correct one for your gps.

Depends on what you want to use the mount for. Different devices may require different mounts even though many are defined as universal.
I have the grip mount with the one inch ball, which is spring loaded that holds your device but a couple of the grips end up compressing the side buttons on my phone so it either turns it off our turns the volume up to max if I position it in the center. So to compensate, I have to place it at the very top or bottom, which is very close to the edge of the grip but it hasn't come off. But kind of a big PIA since there is very little wiggle room to hit that sweet spot.
