Radiators

Anyone know if the radiator off a 2005 silver frame will fit a 2009 black frame fz6?
One on eBay and I need the fan for my bike but I know they are different

No they are different.
I've bought a radiator cover for my Fz6 and it didn't fit because it was for a S2 but mine was S1.

So..... loked on Ebay and of course there are no FZ6 S2 radiator fans but there are....

Universal slimline radiator fans!!!!

I seem to remember there is something in the ECU that starts and stops the radiator fan but as my fan has died and my ECU doesnt seem to mind too much- maybe a replacement fan and possibly a strap on thermostat would be a cheap replacement option against £300 for a Yamaha OEM replacement

Anyone tried this?

did you check on babbits or rockymountainatvmc.com. might save you the trouble to just order one online that you know will fit.

Checked through the site but couldnt find a fan for the FZ6- have I missed it?

I am UK so postage and tax will be heavy but the price here is ridiculous...... thats two sets of tyres!... well a front and two rears anyway
