The marshmallow factory wanted to increase the height of its boxes by 30% and reduce the width so they could keep the same volume in the box. The length is 20cm, height is 40cm and depth is 30cm.
What will the new height and width be if length stays the same?

If height =52cm, then

Volume = l * w * h

24000 cm3 = (20cm)(w)(52cm)
24000 cm3 = 1040 (w) cm2
w = 23.08cm
