Power Commander Tunes?

So has anybody used any of the pre-made tunes on powercommender's website? I have the scorp slip-ons and K&N filter and was wondering if anyone else was in a similar situation...

Also how hard was the install? Instructions that come with it ok?

I just got an '08 FZ6-N with PC III USB installed by the previous owner, I hooked it up to my laptop and it seems he installed a map meant for the mods he's done i.e. LeoVince Evo II slip ons and K&N. It works fine but I'm looking for some advice on how to play with the Power Commander and not harm the bike. E.g. this airbox mod someone did and showed here, would it help if it was followed by a slight change of the map?

I installed the Scorp + K&N tune on their site and its really really nice. I can actually smell how much more rich it is running, but that's exactly what I was looking for was to enrichen the entire powerband.

I am curious to know if Power Commander actually uses a dyno for the bikes with these mods to come up with the maps that they post on the website.
